Our Group Fitness schedule has a variety of classes ranging from Circuit Training to Salsa Aerobics to Zumba, all designed for you to get your workout done early morning leaving you free for the rest of the day.
Belly Dancing and Tae Bo are ever-popular fitness classes that run throughout the year. In addition, Gymnastics and Ballet are all established classes in our children’s program.
